   Alpine Millinery offers custom, handcrafted hats and related products. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. Product images are for reference only and may not exactly represent the final product.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time without notice.

1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
   All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

1. CUSTOM ORDERS
   Custom orders are made specifically for you and are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that design decisions are collaborative but final results may vary due to the handmade nature of the product. Changes after production has begun may not be possible.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
   Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Alpine Millinery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
   Due to the custom nature of our products,  orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, and designs, is the property of Alpine Millinery and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
   By submitting any content, including photos, videos, or reviews, you grant Alpine Millinery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Millinery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of our products.
